About
A network for people serious about sound — where what you own is provable, and worth something.
What this is
A place for your rig, your tones, your work, and the people who care about them. Guitar is where it started, not where it stops — a vocal chain, a drum room, a DJ booth and the box you mix in are the same thing in different words, and all of them belong here.
Provable, not asserted
Anyone can claim they own a rare pedal. Here, a PRVNZ passport travels with the real object, so verified gear stands apart from anything merely said — and because ownership is something a stranger can check, it is worth something. Sell the item with its certification, or the capture, preset or whole setup.
Sound you can license
A sample, a loop, a MIDI melody, a riff, a chord voicing — the things you make, not only the gear you make them with. These sell under a PRVNZ licence: the buyer gets the right to use it and can prove they cleared it, and you keep the original. Provenance, applied to sound itself.
A licence you can show
When you license something here, you get a record you can show — proof you cleared it, for a release or a record. It lives with you and on PRVNZ, so it is there when you need it and it asks nothing of your gear. And because the licence is yours, you can pass it on: rights move between people the way the things they are attached to already do here.
Machine learning, gladly
This is built on it. A neural capture, a model, an impulse response, the processing inside our own software — all of it is technology reproducing what a real amp, a real room and a real player did. Machine learning in service of a person’s craft is both what we make and what we welcome.
Made by people
We model your sound. We do not manufacture someone else’s. Music generated whole by a model has no gear behind it, no room, no player whose sound it is — the opposite of provably yours. This is built for people who made something and can prove it.
Humane by default
Nothing here is ordered to keep you scrolling, there is no advertising network and no third-party trackers, and your profile is private until you decide otherwise. The details, line by line, are on the privacy page, and every claim there matches something in the code.
